Ingredients

2 Cups Brown Rice Pasta
1 can (7.5 oz) low sodium tuna
1/3 Cup chopped green onion
1 tbsp capers drained
1 cup Tuscan Bean Soup (Knorr)
1/2 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original
1 cup Cheese, Kraft, Shredded Tex Mex
1/2 cup Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
6 servings
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
In large bowl, combine pasta, tuna, onions and capers.
In a small saucepan, combine soup, milk and cheese - stir until cheese is melted. Remove from heat and add mayonnaise and black pepper. Mix well.
Pour sauce over pasta mixture. Mix well. Spray a casserole dish with non-stick spray. Pour the pasta and sauce into the casserole dish and bake at 350F uncovered for 30 minutes.
Alternatively, if you're in a hurry, skip the baking - it's delicious as pasta with a creamy tuna sauce!
