Ingredients

    1 cup Flaxseed Meal
    1/2 Designer /whey Protein (chocolate) with no sugar added
    1/4 cup Canola oil
    1/4 cup Splenda
    1/2 cup Egg Beaters or 2 large eggs beaten
    2 rsp baking powder
    2 tsp artificial maple extract
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup water

Directions

Preheat oven at 350 F. Coat a 12 muffin pan with non-stick spray. Mix all ingredients, let sit 3 minutes. Sppon batter evenly into muffin tins. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
