Ingredients

4 oz or 2 chicken Breash (No Skin or bone)
1 Cup Arugula
1 Cup Chinese Spinace
1 Cup Broccoli
1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley
1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro
1 Cup Shitake Mushrooms
1 Cup Oyster Mushrooms
2 Green Onion Stalks
3 tbsp Hoisen Sauce
2 tbsp Soya Sauce
2 tbsp Olive oil / Canola oil mix
1/2 tsp chinese 5 spice
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Cut up chicken and put in a frying pan with no oil. Cover it and it will make its own juice. Sprinkle it with the chinese 5 spice.
2. Break up all greens by hand (You want to have large pieces.
3. Cut up onion and mushrooms. Put aside together in a bowl.
4. When chicken is cooked take out of pot and cut up in tiny pieces.
5. Mix with Onion and mushroom and put in pot on low for 10 minutes
6. Mix all other spices, oils and sauces in bowl.
7. When chicken mixer is finished take it off the stove and mix it in the sauce mixture.
8. Steam greens for 5 minutes. It will still look raw but very green when finished.
At this point you can mix all together once they have cooled or you and keep it separate int he fridge until later. This salad can be eaten cold or hot or on top of plain romaine lettuce. ENJOY.
