Ingredients

    4 cups skim milk
    2 packages Fat Free, Sugar Free Vanilla pudding
    1 "8 in." angel food cake
    8 oz. container free cool whip
    1 cup frozen unsweetened blue berries, thawed
    1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries (sliced), thawed
    2 "8 oz." cans of pineapple tidbits, drained.

Directions

- Mix milk and pudding mix in bowl on low speed for 2 minutes and set aside to set.
- cube angel food cake.
- gently mix blue berries, strawberries, and pineapple together and set aside.
in large serving bowl start layering: 1/3 angel food cake, 1/3 pudding, 1/3 cool whip, and 1/3 fruit mixture, 3 times until all layered.
Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.

Makes 10 - 1 cup servings.

Can substitute fresh seasonal fruits.
