Place all grains in large pot with water. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer.     1 Cup Whole Oats
    1/2 Cup Barley
    1/2 Cup Kasha/Buchwheat Groats
    1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Berries
    5-6 Cups Water
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Add all ingredients into large pot. Bring to a boil and then lower to a simmer for about an hour until all water has been absorbed and grains are tender.
