Introduction

Fresh chopped salsa. Great on fish tacos! Fresh chopped salsa. Great on fish tacos!

Ingredients

    1 Avocado, diced
    1 Red Onion, diced
    2 Medium Tomatoes, diced
    2 cloves of Garlic minced
    1 Jalapeno Peppers, diced (optional)
    1 tsp. Cumin (or to taste)
    Juice of 1 Lime
    Dash of Salt & Pepper
    1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Directions

Cut up tomatoes, onion, garlic and jalapeno (for less heat, remove seeds or leave out). Add to large bowl and stir together. Add cumin, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lime juice. Dice avocado and add just before serving. Enjoy!
