Ingredients

    1 MultiGrain Flatout Flat Bread
    4 oz. Chicken Breast, unbreaded, skinless
    1/4 tsp Mrs Dash
    1/3 c Low Fat Ricotta Cheese
    1/4 c Fresh Spinach
    15 g Sun Dried Tomatoes (about 4 pieces), sliced
    2 Mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

1. Season the Chicken Breast with Mrs. Dash and grill until fully cooked.
2. Spread 1/4 c of the Ricotta Cheese on the Flatout.
3. Top with Tomatoes, Spinach and Mushrooms
4. Slice the chicken breast and top on pizza
5. Crumble remaining ricotta on top of pizza
6. Bake in 425 degree oven for 10 Minutes or until cheese is melted (can broil to brown cheese)
7. Drizzle Olive Oil over pizza and slice into quarters.
