Ingredients

    1/4 cup sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 cups milk
    2 eggs
    2 tbsp corn starch

Directions

Beat sugar, vanilla, milk and eggs in medium saucepan. Whisk in corn starch. Cook on medium heat until boiled and thickened. Great on waffles with fruit.
Yield: 4 servings.
