Ingredients

    Macaroni, elbow, whole-wheat, 1.25 cup (uncooked)
    Tuna, Canned in Water, drained, 120 grams (1 can)
    Mushroom Pieces & Stems, 1.2 cup (1 can)
    Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1.2 cup (1 can)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium, chopped
    Skim Milk Process Cheese thin slices, 3
    Milk, nonfat, .75 cup (1/2 soupcan)
    Paprika or Celery Seed to taste

Directions

Chop onion, fry slightly with non-stick spray. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Spread onions in bottom of casserole dish. Drain and rinse macaroni and add tuna, mushrooms, mushroom soup and milk. Mix and pour into casserole dish. Tear up cheese slices and cover top, sprinkle with paprika or celery seed.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serves 6.
