Ingredients

    1 c. cooked cauliflower, 1/3 c. mayonnaise, 1 can tuna, dash salt, dash basil, 1 tsp. paprika

Directions

Steam cauliflower until very tender and cool thoroughly. Dice finely. Mix all ingredients. Serve on bread, crispbread etc. as desired.

    I added some prepared mustard and celery and left out the basil and paprika and put it on a bed of spinach. Great way to get two-three veggies in at the end of a veggie-deprived day! Thanks for the inspiration! - 2/3/15
