*Frozen Hashbrown, 6 serving
Egg, fresh, 7 extra large
Milk, 1%, 1 cup
*Lucerne Fat Free Sour Cream, 4 tbsp
*Pork Sausage, 9 link (raw dimensions: 4" long x 7/8
*Jimmy Dean Bold Country Sausage, 3 oz
Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
Canned sliced mushroom, 3/4 cup
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Colby Cheese, 2 cup, shredded
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Scramble together eggs, milk, and sour cream.
3. Crumble and brown sausage in skillet, pour off fat, set sausage aside.
4. Cook onion, peppers, and mushrooms in skillet until onion and peppers are soft.
5. Add sausage back to skillet and mix thoroughly.
6. Coat a 9 x 13 baking pan with non-stick spray.
7. Spread frozen hash browns in an even layer.
8. Spread sausage mixture over hash browns evenly.
9. Pour egg mixture over sausage and hash brown layers.
10. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over top and cover with foil.
11. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
12. Remove foil and sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese, bake for an additional 15 minutes.
13. Cut into 12 equal portions.
