    Stewed Tomatoes, 1 cup
    *yogurt cheese, made from Mountain High plain yogurt, 1 cup or 16 tbsp
    Maple leaf prime extra lean ground Turkey, 425 grams
    Catelli oven ready Lasagne noodles 6 noodles
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Europe's Best Chef's spinach cubes ( per 1/2 cup), 0.25 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    *Oregano Dried (Complete Nutrition Data), 1 tsp
    *Basil Dried (Complete Nutrition Data), 1/2 tsp
    *Garlic, prepared chopped garlic (Canada Garlic Inc), 1 tsp
    *cracker barrel part skim mozzarella, 150 gram
    Water, tap, 1 cup
    tomato paste ( 1/8 cup)
    Olive oil ,2 tsp

Directions

Prepare pasta sauce by browning turkey, drain, then saute onion and peppers, add stewed tomato and spinach.
