Ingredients

    1 cup unthawed frozen strawberries
    2/3 cup nonfat milk
    1/2 cup silken tofu
    2 tbsp raspberry jam
    1 Sources dessert Raspberry Yogurt
    a few ice cubes

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. For a thicker smoothie, add ice.

Makes two 1.5 cup servings
