    3/4 cup water 80 degrees
    1TBL cup oil
    2TBL Brown Sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 TBL dry milk
    1 1/4 cups bread flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 tsp dry yeast


Bread Machine use dough mode and 2 dough menu. 1 When cycle is complete, turn the dough onto floured surface. Divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a smooth ball. 2. Place in greased 9 inch square or round pan. Cover and let rise in warm place until indentation remains after touching side of roll. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from pan. Serve warm or cool.
