Ingredients

    2 cups dry steel cut oats
    1 can of sweetened condensed milk (about 10 oz)
    4 cups of apple juice or cider
    1 cup water
    cinnamon - to taste - probably about a tbs
    dash of nutmeg

Directions

Add everything to crockpot, leave on high for 3-4 hours, or on low for 6-8.
