Ingredients

● 1 lb. lean boneless beef sirloin steak, cut 1" think and trimmed of separable fat
● 1 small onion, chopped
● 3 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
● 2 tbsp lime juice
● 1 tsp sugar
● 1 tsp cumin, ground
● 2 clove garlic, minced
● 1/4 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
● 2 tbsp peanut butter
● 1 tbsp honey
● 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Directions
Cut beef into 1 1/4" pieces. Place in plastic bag set in deep bowl.
In food processor or belnder, combine onion, 2 tbsp soy sauce, lime juice, sugar, cumin, and 1 clove garlic.
Pour over meat in bag, seal bag, marinate for 4 hours turning bag occasionally
In saucepan over medium heat, gradually stir broth into peanut butter
Sir in molasses, 1 tsp soy sauce, red pepper and 1 clove garlic.
Cook and stir until heated through. Keep warm.
Drain meat, discarding marinade.
Thread meat onto 4 skewers, leaving 1/4" space between pieces.
Arrange skewers on broiler pan and briol for 7-9 minutes or until done, turning occasionally to brown evenly.
Serve sauce with meat for dipping
