    1/2 stick of butter
    1 cup Pecan halves
    1 cup light corn syrup
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 TBSN flour
    2 eggs one at a time
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 ready to bake pie crust


Pre Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Put crust in 9" pie pan. Set aside. Mix remaining ingredients in medium sauce pan over medium heat. Add pecans last. Pour into pie crust and bake for 40-50 minutes. ENJOY!!

    This was a hit at Thanksgiving! It was very easy for my first pie ever. I couldn't afford all the pecans, so I sprinkled a small package on top, but that kept them crunchy. - 11/28/08
