Ingredients

    8oz of Fat Free Cottage Cheese
    1/2 cup Egg Beaters
    1/2 cup of frozen broccoli
    1/4 cup diced tomatoes
    1/4 cup chopped bell pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Stir and mix well.
Pour mixture into a 9inch pie plate or casserole dish.
Bake for about 45minutes.
Enjoy!
