Low carb BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

    1 c Tomato Sauce
    3 T Worcestershire Sauce
    1 T Cider Vinegar
    6 packets Splenda
    1 T Chili Powder
    2 t Tabasco Sauce
    2 t Garlic Powder
    1 t pepper
    1 t liquid smoke

Directions

Combine and cook over low heat for 10 minutes

    I tried this sauce for the first time about a week or 2 ago and it was awesome! I would recomend this only to people that can handle something with a little kick though. - 8/23/09

  • I needed a recipe for BBQ that didn't include ketchup, since I'm out. I found this one and gave it a try (minus the Tabasco) and it is perfect! I used the full tablespoon of chili powder and knew that would be spicy enough. It is awesome! Thanks so much! - 2/3/13

  • If you want to reduce the carbs even more, use the sugar free low carb ketchup recipe (submitted by MBC10449) instead of the tomato sauce. Delicious! - 1/11/13
