Ingredients

6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour (I like whole wheat pastry flour)
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven and oven safe pan (I use a cast iron skillet.) at 400* with the 2 Tbsp of butter. While oven and pan are preheating, mix all other ingredients together. Then pour into preheated (butter melted) pan and cook for 20 minutes or until set. I sprinkle powdered sugar over the top and serve. I also sometimes skip the powdered sugar and just cut up strawberries for the top. Enjoy! :)
