1 medium cucumber, peeled and cut into chunks
3/4 cup non-fat yogurt
1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese
A few dashes tabasco sauce (to taste)
Favorite herbs and spices (to taste)
Add cottage cheese, yogurt, tabasco, and favorite herbs and spices (I usually add some Mrs Dash and onion powder) and blend until smooth.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups or 20 servings (2 tbsp each).
