Ingredients

    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 cup
    *Balsamic Vinegar, .5 cup
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Shallots, 2-3 cloves
    Basil, 6 leaves
    Lemon juice, 3 tbsp
    Rosemary, 1 tbsp
    *Green Onion, 1-2 leaves
    Lemongrass .5 leaf
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Put all ingredients in a large jar, use a stick blender - viola!

Change around and add ingredients as you see fit.
