Moist Banana Bread/muffins

Submitted by: CHICKS1123

Introduction

This is a very moist banana bread. My kids love when I make these while they are at school. The house smells so good when they rush in the door! We usually make them into muffins. The nutrition is calculated for 18 muffins rather than loaf of banana bread. This is a very moist banana bread. My kids love when I make these while they are at school. • Made bread and muffins - this recipe was so easy and didn't require a ton of ingredients. Both the bread and the muffins turned out moist and were a hit with family. I think in the future I would add a couple more spices but leave everything else as is. Thanks so much for sharing - 3/26/09
