Rice Pizza-Cake

Introduction

Easy snackables! Easy snackables!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 rice cakes
    3/4 cup tomato sauce
    6 tbsp Parmesan cheese, shredded

Directions

Spread 2 tbsp of tomato sauce onto each rice cake, sprinkle each with 1 tbsp parmensan.
Bake in oven at 350* until cheese begins to melt or heat in microwave until cheese bubbles.

Enjoy!

    My daughter has been making a rendition of this in the toaster oven for years. we use the 2% sharp shredded cheese and add a slight dab of Fat Free sour cream. Anything with sauce & cheese rates in our kitchen! - 5/23/09

    Quick and easy when I couldn't figure out what to eat to tide me over. I used cheddar cheese and brown rice cakes. This is definitely going to become a regular snack. - 7/30/08

    I make these all the time (i usually use some low-fat mozzarella for the full 'pizza' experience - and add in mushrooms, garlic and other pizza toppings), but they're yummy, low fat, lo cal and satisfying! thanks for sharing! - 7/28/08
