Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This has become a family favorite - with a few adaptations - primarily a homemade sugarfree ketchup, and using salt substitute and reduced sodium Worcestershire sauce
I like my sauce a little sweeter. I plan to add a TBSP of honey to the jar next time I use it. That will add about 60 calories to the whole jar. Good stuff. I plan on keeping some handy from here on.
