Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was a pleasant surprise! I'm not vegan, so I used a half ounce of colby jack cheese and served it with salsa and fat free sour cream. I baked it at 375 for 15 minutes and flipped halfway through. It was a little crispy on the edges, so I might try it at 350 next time I make it. Thanks!
