Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I have been making this recipe all my life with one addition...a tsp of vanilla extract. Also, this is the first time I have used splenda instead of sugar because of SBD. They taste very good, but the splenda will make you crave carbs/sweets, so beware of that when you're on phase 1.
Very good, especially for a sugar free recipe!!
