Fabulous! Just the way it is...though I did need to trim it up a bit...so...I reduced the oil to 2 TBSP avocado oil. I substituted Dannon Light + Fit vanilla flavored Greek yogurt 5.3 ounce container for the plain Greek yogurt. I reduced the raw sugar to 1/4 cup and added 1/4 cup of Splenda. Yum
Seems like not too much sugar
I want to try this. Where do I get the Turbinado Raw Sugar? I've never heard of it.
I love muffins and these look easy to make and are lower in calories and healthy.
Sounds good--but way to many carbs for my current plan. I am adding the recipe to my collection though.
