These are the bomb!!!! Easy to make, low cal, low carb, oh man....YUMMY!!!
Was very good. I used low fat peanutbutter and only 2/3s cup sugar.
These are serioulsy amazing! Easy and delicous, crunchy yet chewy. Quick to make and satisfy a craving, perfect, because they are flourless and low-carb! Yum!
I did not roll theminto balls, but did roll in icing sugar. They did fall apart, but could be pressed into shape fresh out the oven.
Good...but I would use less sugar if made again!
I made these tonight and they are GREAT! All I had was reduced fat peanut butter so I used that and I also used half sugar and half splenda. Mine came out to be 82 calories and 4 grams of fat per cookie. Delicious!
I like this with 2/3 cups sugar if you are using a sweetened peanutbutter--otherwise they're fabulous!
THey hold together wonderfully without the flour...although they are sticky when you roll them in a ball. I usuallly put my fork in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar when I indent the cookies....and I always make a double batch.....they turn out perfect.
These are wonderful cookies and they are so easy to make. I made mine with splenda and natural peanut butter and 1 cookie is 78 calories...splendid!!!
Awesome! Tthey are deleicious. I substituted the sugar with Splenda and the egg with egg beaters. Yummy!
Does this recipe have some gluten free flour in it? I can't see how it would stay together with just peanut butter sugar and egg, unless the peanut butter in America is different to here in Australia.
