Nutrition & Calorie Comments

low carb and takes care of the sweet tooth
I haven't tried this yet, but think I will make it with PB2 peanut powder instead of peanut butter....that will save about 100 calories! And I bet it will be just as good.
I don't know why this hasn't gotten better ratings. I thought it was yummy. I wouldn't have changed a thing. It satisfied my hunger and my sweet tooth. Great option for increasing your protein!
Pretty damn good speaking from one who barely likes cottage cheese. I used 1/2 C lowfat cottage cheese, 1 TB cocoa, 1 tsp PB, a dash of real vanilla, 1 packet Splenda, and an ice cube, and I blended it all together so it was smooth and chilly. I will try with banana and chocolate next time, I think.
Yummy! I used 2tsp pb, but I think next time I'll use 1. The pb overpowered the taste a bit. I also used a packet of equal since I didn't have splenda on hand. I used the fiber one cottage cheese for a little extra fiber:-)
It was good, but tasted like just like the ingredients-chocolate, peanut butter and cottage cheese, I guess I wanted something that didn't taste so lowfat.
