Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I have the book and made this recipe. It's very good, but made 3 loaves for me. Also, I would probably use less oil and switch to walnuts and use another type of sweetener because maple sugar where I live is incredibly expensive. All in all, the bread was very tasty.
