Fabulous! - I used pure coconut oil, and was surprised to find it hardened in the fridge, but it softens fast as well, so worth it for me (I am not big on MCT oil for various reasons)
I also used my own blend of spices (garlic, onion, pink salt, black pepper, white pepper etc) Made great salad!
