5 Stars, Great taste and very easy to prépare. I used 2 tablespoons powder protein, 1 egg and 1 tablespoon almond milk. Absolutely delishous and still low cal and bariatric friendly.
These are real great and hit the spot. Thanks for sharing! I also tried these using flavored protein powder and they were good too...more carbs though!
