Choco Chip Cookies Recipes

Yummy vegan choco chip cookies, recipe from PPK!

Great recipe for anyone on a diet restricting Gluten and Casein. Very simple.
Just mix all ingredients, spoon onto cookie sheet, flatten with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-9 minutes.
Serving size is 1 cookie. Very rich.
Enjoy.

*Flour, white, 1.25 cup (remove)
Brown Sugar, .75 cup, packed (remove)
Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp (remove)
Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
Butter, salted, 1 stick (remove)
Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
*Nestle Semi Sweet Chocolate Chip Morsels, 32 tbsp (remove)

An alternative to the regular sugar infested cookie!

Slight adaptation from King Arthur's 50-cookie recipe - removing some all purpose white flour and adding back same amount of white whole wheat flour, and using dark brown sugar instead of light brown and adding flax seed

Reduced Sugar, double chocolate chip cookie. Soft baked and brownie like. These are amazing.

Since my family has a history of diabetes, I tend to substitute for sugar a lot, even in established recipes. It's sometimes hard to remember what works, but this is one of my favourite variations. Makes a great low-carb snack for people with a sweet tooth like me!

Using Toll House Chocolate Chip Recipe but adding a whole bag of chips and instead of one whole teaspoon of vanilla add 1/2 almond extract and 1/2 vanilla

Easy cookies, and not too many so you don't have to worry about overdoing it.

I didn't use choco chips but replaced it by chopping up chocolate into chunks.
