This can be made with just the egg whites packet in an angel food cake mix.I'm not sure how much this saves in calories however it can be mixed just a the original recipe suggests. Submitted by:

I love these little cakes. I measured out my mix before I started making them and I only got 34.66 servings so maybe different cake mixes have different amounts of mix in them.With the counts on my boxes mine were 104 calories before additions. Submitted by:
