Crispy Fried Fish
There is nothing better than a fish fry especially if you caught the fish or if it’s fresh from the market. We are so lucky to have neighbors who love to go off shore and fish. We are even luckier that they share their bounty with us! In this recipe I used fresh Mahi Mahi but any fish will work. It’s a simple recipe made with ingredients you are sure to have on hand but taste like it came from your favorite restaurant!
