    1 lb of pollack( or a fillet of your choice) 4oz person
    pam olive oil spray
    olive oil(2tbs) .5 per piece of fish
    1/4 cup of bread crumbs to dip pieces in.

Directions

Spray pan completely with pam.brush each piece of fish with .5 of olive oil then dip in bread crumbs bake at 425 turn after 15 min.
