Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I used straight whole wheat flour, splenda instead of truvia, and I didn't have the maple extract - so used vanilla. I also ended up using the tried and true powdered sugar and vanilla glaze instead of the recommended. I just brushed it on lightly. Higher calories, but good.
Great idea, but the baking powder and baking soda make this entirely IMPOSSIBLE to be only 36.7mg of sodium/serving. I very closely track all my nutrition info with Myfitnesspal.com and I'm unhappy that I feel 'tricked' into thinking this was a low sodium treat. That being said, it was still good.
