I used unsweetened vanilla Almond milk as I don't like soy milk and egg beaters (Liquid egg whites) instead of Busters. Also very good with raisins or cranberries, but it does add a few calories. I used 1/4 cup of dried cranberries and/or 1/2 cup Raisins.
