I was very skeptical, but I just love this! I've been "Low Carb"ing it for two months now and I was getting sick and tired of eggs for breakfast. This is quick and absolutely delicious!
I substituted the cream cheese with an ounce of heavy whipping cream, I also omitted the cinnamon and added some sugar free chocolate chips. I have used this recipe and think it is wonderful and quick. I also made it and used it as a base for strawberry shortcake. I would recommend this recipe 100%
