Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Used Turkey ham and low sodium chicken broth. Put a few dry cancho chilis in for a little more kick. Only needed about 4 1/2 hours on high in the crock pot. If leaving to cook all day(like at work) would leave it on low. good taste, froze well.
i have made something similar but due to sodium issues left out the canadian bacon(and i dont like it anyway lol) it still tasted wonderfull!
