I cant use the packaged stuff because of the salt content and have to watch when I use buttermilk. I am going to try the avocado and cucumber when my fresh herbs come in-hurry up Spring
not to bad, I just watch the fat/processed more....truly avocado can replace the vegan mayonaise whipped up with a small zucchini or cucumber gives it a smooth healthier alternative to a processed not so healthy item like vegan mayo.
