I use this all the time. If you find chicken breast on sale buy in bulk and portion out the chicken and the marinade into a freezer bags and freeze. Pull a bag from the freezer and thaw overnight in the fridge. It's a great time saver! I grill mine and use leftovers as protein in my salads. Submitted by:

Made this for supper tonight...used 2TBS of soy instead of 1/2 cup to cut down on the sodium...and fz lime juice as that is what I had...will let you know if we don't like it...but it sounds like a winner to me!! Submitted by:

next time I'm ready to grill I'm going to try it. For those like myself concerned about sodium I'll bet the marinade would still be yummy with about 2 T soy sauce. I use just a few drops to flavor stir fries, it works for me. Submitted by:
