Love this cake!! I've been making it for years, and use the No Sugar Added Cherry Pie Filling, and just add a little water to make it pourable. I don't use the egg, and it comes out great everytime.
Used "no Sugar Added" filling and it was delicious
This is great but to cut back on the calories add light cherries in the can and use fat free cool whip, also use 2 egg whites instead of 1 egg and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla or almond extract. This makes it even better.
