Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I used the Louisiana hot sauce I had on hand and added half the amount based on others' comments. This was really delicious. The little bit of sweet mixed with the salty bacon was a great complement to the veggies. I will try with other veggie combinations too.
Apple and hot sauce in this recipe isn't something my family likes. I would use turkey bacon and add a variety of peppers sliced and some sliced mushrooms and leave out the brown sugar, too. :-(
