Ingredients:

2/3 cup sugar (Splenda zero calorie Sugar Substitue works also)
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Two 15-ounce containers whole-milk ricotta cheese
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
Confectioners' sugar for dusting (Since I am losing weight I do not do this)
