Nutrition & Calorie Comments

We are on a low carb diet right now so I opted for Cauliflower instead of potatoes and sauted it in a little olive oil and Everglade seasoning for a couple minutes before adding the meat. Everything turned out very tasty, my husband and the kids ate it up.
I shared this with my family and my son said it was good not great and had seconds, my husband wasn't thrilled, but he doesn't like cabbage. I enjoyed it. For 142 calories, it was great! Very quick and easy to make, I will make it again for my son and I :)
