Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I like protein smoothies but 803 calories is just too much.
Being positive..
There are a lot of healthy ingredients beneficial to diabetics here, folks!!!!
I would consider this smoothie if I was having a sick day & needed nourishment in some form!
I would drink it gradually, every 2 hrs. or so; to even out my blood sugar levels & have nothing else to eat
This is absolutely unheard of I would not dare eat 800 calories for breakfast or better yet drink them. No thanks.
Wow! 800 calories! Are you serious?!
800 calories for breakfast?! No thanks!
