Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I just threw this in my slow cooker without the soup mix, some raw onion, original Mrs. Dash and low sodium cream of mushroom soup. I think it'll be great! Thanks for the ideas!
Quick, easy, tasty and the house STILL smells great hours later. I used 1/2 envelope of onion soup and it still had plenty of flavor. Also cut down the water and used 98% fat free soup to reduce calories and fat.
You really can't mess this one up! I thought I had cream on mushroom soup but I didn't, so I tried 1 can of low sodium fat free beef gravey and it was declicous. Easy and everyone liked it.
This recipe is great, especially for working people! I also added a can of low-fat cream of chicken soup because we had more pork chops than the recipe called for. The pork chops were so incredibly tender. I will definitely be making this more! :)
i would like low sodium foods/ any help?
This looks good, but I'd like to know how to lower the sodium. Too bad Lipton doesn't make a low sodium version. If they did, it would probably lack flavor!
I have this cooking right now. I used 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup. golden mushroom lipton soup mix and thin pork loin chops. It smells great - I can't wait until dinner!
