Great quick meat. Also think the calories are wrong.
Calories by ingredient are for 1/4 serving; would need to put in as 4 servings to record numbers for a 3 oz chop in the tracker. Very tasty though! Use Mrs Dash Chipotle instead of seasoned salt and cumin instead of sage for more spice, lower sodium.
I also think the calories listed here are wrong. Based on the Spark page, a 3 oz roasted pork chop is over 169 calories. Sounds tasty, regardless.
This was a great rub for chops! Might try it on a tenderloin.
The calorie count seems right for a 3 oz serving as posted.
